For people who want to see fireworks, the V&A Waterfront is hosting its annual celebration. Those looking to seriously party down can join in the fun at Rezonance 2015. The event runs from December 31 to January 2 and features four music arenas for plenty of partying at Contemanskloof farm in Durbanville, just 30 minutes north of Cape Town. Richard’s is known for having one of the best New Year’s Eve celebrations in the city, and this year will be no exception. It is featuring a special edition of Kaapse Stories, along with live performances from the Richard’s jazz band, a Cape Carnival Procession, and a DJ spinning into 2016. Travelers staying in Camps Bay and not wanting to go far should stroll down to Grand Café and Beach Bar and take part in Pacha Ibiza. It is featuring a large dinner and an all-night party with several DJs, dancers and much more.
