Located off the coast of southeast coast of Africa, the island nation of Comoros is one of the most stunning spots in the Indian Ocean. The country’s untouched beaches, tropical waters and lush mountains (including an active volcano) are in the daydreams of travelers everywhere. It’s also the third smallest country in Africa, but despite it’s small size, packs a punch of intense nature and a unique population into a tiny area.
