Get some fresh air and go for a hike through the wilderness trails of Table Mountain National Park. During your stay, you’ll get a lovely three course dinner at the hotel’s Azure Restaurant, known for fine local and international cuisine served on its stunning terrace. History buffs can go to Robben Island, while nature enthusiasts should take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain for the best views of the city. Before you leave Cape Town, make sure to take a tour of the Winelands, where you can visit award-winning vineyards like La Motte Wine Estate, or try some fresh olive oil at La Bourgogne Farm.

After leaving Cape Town, you’ll board the elegant Blue Train for an overnight trip to Pretoria. During the trip, you’ll be treated to incredible views of the countryside while staying in luxurious cabins and dining on exquisite food on the train’s acclaimed restaurant. After two days you’ll disembark and be shuttled to Kapama Southern Camp, located on one of the best private reserves in Africa (just outside of Kruger National Park). All game drives (both day and night) will be led by a qualified ranger and tracker, and seeing all of the Big Five is possible on the trip.
