Details: Starting with four nights in a deluxe room at Ellerman House, guests will also enjoy a bespoke wine and cheese tasting with a dedicated sommelier, and attend the Cape Town Art Drive. The highlight of the package, the Art Drive includes visits to Everard Read and other top galleries in Cape Town that are tailored according to the guests’ taste. Art is one of Ellerman House’s core components that sets it apart from other hotels and the Art Drive will be led by one of the hotel’s own trained art guides. The wine and cheese tasting is held in Ellerman House’s spectacular new Wine Gallery, which marries the visual elements of a contemporary art gallery with the practical elements of a tasting room and lets guests engage with the hotel’s collection of 7,500 rare and vintage South African wines.

This culturally curated experience then extends to the mountains of the Cape Winelands, to an elegant sanctuary overlooking the vineyards of the Stellenbosch. Three nights at the Delaire Graff Lodges and Spa, nestled in the picturesque setting, will be accompanied by a Stellenbosch Contemporary Art Tour, including a visit to the Stellenbosch Modern and Contemporary Gallery and the Rupert Museum, to then be followed by a private tour of Dylan Lewis’s Studio. In house, Delaire will host a Delaire Graff Estate Art Tour followed by a three-course meal at the Delaire Graff Restaurant or Indochine Restaurant to be completed with either a 60-minute Aromatherapy Associates Massage Treatment, or Swiss Perfection Facial Treatment.
