Adventure seekers usually have Cape Town on the top of their list of cities that are great for adrenaline activities such as paragliding.

And with its incredible natural geography, Cape Town offers amazing views for paragliders.

Here is some advice along with some of the best places to go for paragliding in Cape Town.

If it’s your first time paragliding, you’ll probably want to do a tandem session. Cape Town Tandem Paragliding offers flights in an around Cape Town with pilots who are all certified. It’s also a great way for people wanting to capture some awesome photographs.

For further instruction, Birdmen Paragliding specializes in teaching paragliding and is located in Table View. They also offer one-day trips to locations further afield.

If you want a video of your trip made, consider booking with Extreme Scene — they offer professional videos of your adventure for an additional cost. They also offer tandem gliding around Table Mountain, Table Bay, and the Atlantic seaboard.
