Forrest Yoga is a strong, healing and spiritually connected practice founded by Ana Forrest and is deeply influenced by Native American traditions and this exclusive opportunity to train with Jambo Truong Forrest Yoga Guardian, and founder of Jambo Yoga, will take your practice to a new level. What you can expect at the Retreat are daily Forrest Yoga sessions, a traditional ceremony, body work, meditations, guided marine walks, star gazing and delicious, healthy meals.
Jambo Truong says his primary focus is, “using yoga and complementary therapies as a means to create sustainability for health and well-being, in a world, that is faced with financial cuts, poverty and dis-empowered health.
